1. Our Services

Our Services are available worldwide. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local authorities.

The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA, GLBA). Do not use the Services if your interactions would be subject to such laws.

All content, designs, photographs, text, graphics, and other materials displayed on the Sneaker Planters website and products (collectively, “Our Content”) are the intellectual property of SNEAKER PLANTERS LTD, unless otherwise stated. Our Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise exploited without our prior written permission.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. All product names, logos, brands, and other trademarks referred to within our products and website are the property of their respective trademark holders. Unless explicitly stated, SNEAKER PLANTERS LTD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trademark holder.

Our products are custom-made decorative items inspired by popular sneaker designs. For example, references to “Nike”, “Air Max”, “Air Jordan”, and other brand names are used solely for the purpose of describing the style that our designs are inspired by. Such references are purely descriptive and do not imply any connection with or approval from the trademark owner.

All third-party trademarks, trade names, product names, product designs, and logos mentioned or displayed remain the property of their respective owners. Any use of these names is strictly for identification and descriptive purposes only.

4. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (a) all registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (d) you are not a minor in your jurisdiction; (e) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means; (f) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; and (g) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. User Registration

You may be required to register to use the Services. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. We may remove or change a username we deem inappropriate.

6. Products

We strive to display product colours, features, specifications, and details accurately; however, displays may vary and we do not guarantee accuracy. All products are subject to availability; we may discontinue products at any time. Prices may change without notice.

7. Purchases and Payment

All sales are final. We do not offer returns except where required by law or, in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion. If a discretionary refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You retain ownership of your Contributions, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such Contributions in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Services.

12. Services Management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms, and to take appropriate action, including restricting access or removing content, without notice.

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy available on the Site. The Services are hosted in the United Kingdom. If you access the Services from another region with different data laws, you consent to transferring and processing your data in the United Kingdom.

14. Term and Termination

These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time and for any reason, including for breach of these Legal Terms. If terminated, you may not register a new account without our permission.
